We prioritize teaching our scholars Leadership, Self-Identity, and Health and Wellness.

Did you know?

READY TO LEAD a 2020  report by Girls Leadership states, “Over 1 in 3 Black teachers noted that at their schools, students of color experienced bias and unfair treatment in the form of not having the same opportunity to get leadership roles [and] teachers [had] lower expectations for students of color compared to White students.”

For young women  who don’t have access to resources we provide hands on career exploration opportunities as well as innovative ways to bridge the gap between working professionals and students.

We support and engage with 150-200 students annually through school and community organization partnerships and events.
