About The Award Show
In 2018, Eighteen Under 18 began as an event to shine a light on students who are creating change in their communities. Unlike your average award ceremony the conversation led a call to action for young women in the audience to participate by pitching their own community centered initiatives.
Today, Eighteen Under 18 awards students for outstanding achievements across leadership, civic engagement, communications and STEM. Awarded students deliver speeches that lead a call to action for young women in the audience to participate defy the odds and obstacles as they reach for the stars
